A delegation from the Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) paid a visit to the PAIGAS Headquarters on 18th July 2018 to intimate the institute on its initiative: a document titled ‘Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War’ and to elicit support of like-minded nations and organisations towards the maintenance of Global peace and security.
